In One-on-one meetings, a manager and her direct report meet for some time regularly to talk about work, career development opportunities. One of the most important ways managers can engage their teams is by providing regular one-on-ones each week or month based off what works best for both parties involved in order to create a more productive working environment where everyone's strengths are recognized while also addressing any concerns that may arise.
